"I wish I could remember the name of the person who checked us in because he was amazing. He went above and beyond to accommodate us after being told I'm recovering from a major surgery and needed to rest. He had extra pillows delivered to our room right after we got into the room. The hotel had a bistro and a bar and the breakfast was pretty good as well. Room service was amazing. We will definitely stay here again! "

"The Ballard is a great restored hotel in the middle of Ballard shopping and dining. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were in a room with access on the roof. There is an event area just outside and can be noisy if an event is going on. Otherwise very quiet and comfortable. My only complaint would be parking. The parking garage is very small and a tight space. If you meet someone on the way in or out, you will probably have to back up to make room. There is street parking but can be hard to find something in the evenings when busy."
