Older property but clean. The only issue we had was the hot and cold water pipes were switched when hooked up. So you had to turn the water to cold, to get hot water for your shower. Other than that it was nice.

This isn't the fault of the hotel, but rather Expedia. I searched with Downtown Seattle as my filter. How the Bainbridge Island Quality Inn showed up with so many favorable reviews, I picked it. How was I to know that Bainbridge Island wasn't just an attractive name, but was on an actual Island? It turned out to be fine, I was headed to Vancouver. The staff did an excellent job in addressing my needs. If you have time to explore the Island and don't mind taking a 30-minute ferry to Seattle, it's a great place to stay. My only complaint is about the structure. My door didn't seal, so cold air battled the heater throughout the night.

The rooms are pretty dismal to be honest. The bathroom fan was ungodly loud, and I was shocked to see that there was no security lock inside the door, only the bolt. What hotel does not have a secondary security latch inside the room doors? I would not stay here again for that specific reason as I did not feel safe.

Overall a good place to stay. My only complaint is that the bathroom was incredibly small. May be better if the bathroom door swings outward instead of in. Also you should provide body wash along with shampoo and conditioner.
