"It was my first time staying at Swissotel, and upon arriving, Amelia checked me in. She was kind and asked if it was my first time in Singapore (it wasn't), but it was my first time in the hotel. She kindly joked it will be the best experience at this hotel. My reservation had one room, but had two twin beds. I preferred one king as I was there on a conference. Keep in mind it was F1 weekend as well, so it was extremely busy. So I challenged her with "you said this will be the best experience, I know its F1 weekend, but is there a miracle that there is a room available with 1 King bed instead of two wins?" Within <10 minutes she made it happen, and I couldn't believe it. To the amazing staff, and especially Amelia, thank YOU so much for making my trip pleasant and comfortable after a long flight."

"We stayed at the Paradox Singapore Merchant Court at Clarke Quay during the 2024 Grand Prix weekend. It was a perfect location with many great restaurants within walking distance. We were in a great location to easily walk to the Grand Prix Zone 4, while Zones 1-3 were not very difficult to reach either on foot. The room and facilities were clean, and the staff were very welcoming and kind. Overall, we would highly recommend staying at this property if you are looking for a 5-star experience without spending significantly more per night at the other luxury hotels. ~ 22 Sep 2024"
