"Overall cleanliness and service was great. Booked a deluxe king room but was given a free upgrade to an Executive Suite when there were no available rooms remaining when checking in. Only feedback was that room service food was not piping hot, and pricier than some of the other food options around the orchard area. Enjoyed my 3 day staycation "

"Stayed in Executive club room 2018. Room abit dated but had everything we needed. Having drinks and snacks available to us (as Executive club guests) was a great bonus. Ray and Lim who worked there were great. Looked after us really well. Transportation links were really good"

Hotel is very clean, staff including servers of the restaurant were very kind. Convenience store literally right beside the front door. Rooms are very clean, nice bathrooms, has a safe and fridge. A great pick for a place to stay where you don't have to pay and arm and a leg. Strong value."
