I booked a whole home on Green Island with a jacuzzi exactly what it says & I ended up in a 2 flight walk up basic room, the host didn't even speak English or get back in touch with me even though I texted him & told him I didn't speak Spanish. "Our stay in Puerto Rico was absolutely wonderful! Ms. Ingrid was extremely helpful and welcoming!! Our flight arrived in the early morning so we were able to check in early and the process was super easy. The location of the home was approximately 25 minutes from the airport; and the proximity of the home to the freeway made it easier to navigate throughout the island. "Our family of 9 with children 4, 7, and 9 stayed here in February. House is lovely, spacious, tastefully decorated. It has comfortable beds, and a very well stocked kitchen. The pool is large enough for our group, and there are lots of pool toys as well as beach toys for the kids. The location is great, and completely safe with gated entry to community. The most outstanding feature of the rental is the hosts, Daniel and Kiki. Daniel literally answered all calls, texts within minutes."

"This is the nice place in old San Juan near the Colon monument. Absolutely quiet inside. Clean, safe.... Some rooms have no windows ( it is quiet), another have and you may be will hire the street (I`m not sure). You no need to contact to personnel for check in, but if will wish -this is not a problem.
