"Great Stay in the Heart of Old San Juan! This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Old San Juan, surrounded by charming shops, excellent coffee spots, and plenty of restaurants serving delicious traditional Puerto Rican food. It was the ideal base for exploring the historic area. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff was professional and accommodating. While there was no iron or ironing board in the room, they quickly provided a clothes steamer, which was a nice alternative. We had a balcony near the street, which meant it could get a bit loud at times, but the unbeatable location more than made up for it. If you’re driving, there are multiple parking garages within a 5-10 minute walk, so I recommend dropping off your bags before parking. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"This resort was really nice, it was very private, the staff was kind, for my friends first time in Puerto Rico and not speaking Spanish wasn't an issue so that was nice ...the food was great, it was all around a lovely experience, we're sure to do it again!!!!"
