"This House in old SAN juan The location is perfect right in the heart of Old San juan i could walk everywhere The place had such a unique charm and exactly like pictures and it was super comfortable. "Easy check-in and check-out, the house was close to everything you needed or wanted to do like the malls, restaurants, grocery store, walgreens and Casa Barcardi. We were only 13-15 min from the San Juan airport which made it even nicer. The host Ingrid was exceptional and always responded to our questions in a short time. We enjoyed a little visitor a cool cat that would come daily to say hello and he came to see us off when we left. What a great family vacay we had."

"We had an amazing time and got to relax the entire week at this beautiful house. The pool and lake were the highlights! The property overlooks the water and what a view! Noemi, the host, was absolutely amazing. She checked in on us to ensure we didn’t need anything and offer her services if needed. Will be coming back for sure! "

"The house was impeccably clean, the beds soft and comfy, kitchen and linen closets stocked with all the necessities, even the laundry had detergent pods and cold ac in addition to cold ac in every other room. Appreciated the little details throughout the house that made us feel welcomed. Checkin/out was a breeze thanks to host’s video instructions. Tv had ready to use programs like netflix. About 30 min to destination tourist spots and ubering was cheap. I do want to note there is no electrical...

"We absolutely loved this property it’s exactly how it’s described. You felt safe there, with 24 hour security at gate. You can have early morning walks at the beach since it’s only at the end of the block. It was perfect. I’m so glad we didn’t stay at a hotel and stayed at a home instead. It allowed for all of us to come together as a family being we were flying in from east coast and west. The property owner is friendly and so welcoming. Thank you for the perfect stay! "

"This was our second time renting the property with our group of 21 and it, once again, exceeded our expectations. The beach access, the comfortable living spaces, well appointed kitchen, air conditioned sleeping rooms, comfortable beds and cleanliness was all top notch. The property is in a great location and the set up for all the rooms and bathrooms is perfect for a large group. "Used this place as our base to visit family. Easy to access and close to everything in Guaynabo. Clean but basic accommodations, washer leaked a bit and some lights and electrical outlets did not work but overall was a nice and comfortable property. "

"We stayed with 15 people and never felt crowded, even when we all shared breakfast on the red house balcony. We loved the location. Everyone in Guayama was super friendly. The houses were nice—everything worked. I misunderstood the listing to mean each bedroom has a private bathroom, but only one per house does. The pool was fantastic. The property manager was fantastic. Great place. Great stay."
