"The location of the property is close to the mall and beaches,but the neighborhood is not the best alot of bad public housings,,behind this property there is a construction and it is noisy at very early hours of the morning, this property does not have a laundry service it does not have screens for doors and mosquitoes and flies are too many at the main entrance there is a family of cats that live there it is super uncomfortable because every time the door opens they want to enter the house, the...

"Our family of 9 with children 4, 7, and 9 stayed here in February. House is lovely, spacious, tastefully decorated. It has comfortable beds, and a very well stocked kitchen. The pool is large enough for our group, and there are lots of pool toys as well as beach toys for the kids. The location is great, and completely safe with gated entry to community. The most outstanding feature of the rental is the hosts, Daniel and Kiki. Daniel literally answered all calls, texts within minutes."

"It was a nice little place, good area that was near San Juan and had a lot of convenient attractions around. Its a good place if you want to go out and explore the city. Had some issues with the tv/internet but the owner was helpful in resolving issues and responded quickly. "

"House was cozy and comfortable. Easy check-in and very good communication by host. It’s on a dead end so quiet and felt safe. One thing that wasn’t On the listing is that they have a big trailer on the property on the right side of the home so we really didn’t have yard space and it appeared that someone was either living in the trailer or spending lots of time there. Other than that the property matched the listing. We did enjoy our stay and appreciated the flexibility of the host. "
