"The hotel is for backpackers who usually stay at Hostel or 1 or 2 star hotels. This is not a hotel for business travelers - no desk. Plumbing issues - clogged drain in the sink. However, when we booked the guestroom, we used the AI Chat to enquire about a rollaway bed and was informed that it’d be inclusive in the room rate. It was not!! When we brought this up, front desk disclaimed it without even checking. Such miscommunications would not have happened if we were talking to a human and not a chatbot. It wasn’t a good experience.
