"We asked for a refund because the air con was not working and we were not informed on check in. This was the case for the entire hotel ! They brought us fans but it was still stuffy and too hot to stay in. They wanted to keep half of our payment as we had already ‘used’ the room for 3 hours but we literally left our bags in the room and went out for a meal and came back to realise this problem. "Quiet environments, excellent services with friendly staff. Building is clean n walkable to eartary and shopping places. "

"The hotel has big clean rooms with comfy beds. AC works well and double glazed windows keeps sound out. Close to two metro stations, pedestrian streets, restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of Western and Asian choices, and is so filing you can skip lunch! Some staff speak some littke English, the rest are happy to use a translation app."
