"There was a miscommunication on my reservation and what Hotels.com gave me and my cousin and I showed up to the property with single room booked! "Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Ollantaytambo. It was a beautiful oasis from the busier parts of town. A quick 5-10 minute walk to town, and right next to the train station which made it super easy. The gardens are beautiful and pleasant to walk through, the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only feedback would be to address some of the mildew starting in the grout of the bathroom tile. It stuffed my husband up a bit."

"Just a nice, clean, very convenient property. Some rooms come with a balcony, some do not. The rooms were clean and comfortable albeit with a few ants in the bathroom. However, you're in a hotel in a village on the side of the mountains so a few ants shouldn't bother you. The breakfast (included) was tasty and fruits/veggies were fresh and tasty. My only negative comment would be the runny scrambled eggs (but that's a personal thing! :-) ) If you're looking for luxury hotel, this is not it;...
