"The staff were really friendly and helpful. They helped us in any way they could. The breakfast was better than I imagined and were happy with it. The hotel also helped people with baggage transport to the station which is a very handy thing in this area. The room and specially the bathroom had room to improve (specially the bathroom) but overall we could live with it for a night. "

"The hotel is in a perfect location, the rooms were spacious, modern and clean, and the staff were very helpful. Use of the spa pool and dry sauna were included in our stay. The sauna was great. Would have given 5 stars except the food, which was included in the price, was really bad. We only ate dinner there the first of two nights after tasting the food. I could say more about this, but hopefully the hotel management has a plan for improving. Breakfast was abundant, but so-so at best. We...

"The room we go was next to water stream. It was absolutely beautiful view. Though when we opened window noise from people walking on the road was coming. But still the experience was amazing. The location is convenient. Walking distance to all restaurants, local shopping and bus for Macchu Picchu. They even woke up really early and prepared breakfast for us. They even packed a brown bag lunch for all of us, one fruit and bread / muffin to take along. "
