We were given a free upgrade as celebrating a special occasion (thank you) but this unfortunately backfired on us as we had a room on the 8th floor which had very loud pump and water running continuously throughout the night. "Run down hotel water coming from kitchen ceiling on to the electric cooker that made it trip tv broken but was replaced water did not get sorted even when reported he can but it still leaked. It is clean and frequently room cleaning pool area is ok clean good sun spot. Area is dirty but plenty of local shops and places to eat I would not stay again"

I stayed on the 4th floor with my family and there is absolutely no WiFi up there, despite the description saying that there is WiFi in the rooms.
