"Would rate 0/5 stars for service. Our room filled up with second hand smoke from a smoker next door while we were sleeping. The hotel said this was common and that nothing could be done. They were not apologetic at all and did not compensate us in any way. They offered a "free breakfast" but then revoked it. Lack of concern that two of my family members have asthma and breathed in the smoke all night. Hotel itself is dated. Only perk is that location is convenient. I'd recommend you to stay...

"My first issue was trying to find the hotel from the subway station. The map from the booking sight was incorrect. So was the Chinese map app. No taxi to be found for quite some time. After arriving, the check-in line was quite long, as was the wait. However, they did apologize and seemed sincere. The room was in wonderful condition for not-brand-new. Quite good. It had a comfortable feeling. Black-out curtains truly are. Bed was comfortable. The cleaning personnel were kind as well...
