"My traveling pal and I had the entire lodge to ourselves. We loved the property. Sadly we did not bring anything to eat and all the vendors were closed before we arrived. Thankfully there was a bag of potatoe chips at the outside bar. That was our meal for the day. Please let guests know how winding and without light the approaching roads are. Jack the cat was sweet. It would be a nightmare parking with more guests. The gated parking is too tight to maneuver in with 3 cars let alone 6. We...

"This small quirky little Bach was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Very close to town, only a 5 minute drive from the little shops and from the harbour where you can get on numerous tours. Only complaint was that we had no communication with the owner. Checkin instructions on the app worked well. Didn’t know what to do with garbage or dirty towels. So we just left them. Regardless would recommend this as a place to stay during your visit to Paihia. "
