"We enjoyed the views and the convenient location. We liked that their was plenty of room, lots of towels, and nice cotton bedding. We appreciated the high level of cleanliness, the aircon and the two bathrooms. We loved the atmosphere of Waitangi Day, and relaxing in the sea and sun."

"This property managed to accomodate a large group of adults with a mix of couples and singles. The location was great and the property did mostly deliver. I think a bit more thought to the number of towels provided for a week of stay plus a more well equipped kitchen could have warranted a gold star rating. "

"I can’t fault the house. It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen facilities were all there and in working order. Great to have access to Netflix. Here was the issue. First is the very steep and dark drive way. I like property with easy access. This was not easy access. Once you got to the top of the drive you have to do a 3 point turn to be able to leave. This was not fun on a slope. The second issue is that the house is a shared property. This means there is a rental under the house. And they...

"The house is well maintained and has a beautiful view. The property manager was "all business" - but was responsive when help was requested. Only one bedroom was made available - the other bedrooms were locked. (I some times am restless and might have made use of the second bedroom - though in all fairness I didn't raise the issue.)"

"Our third visit to this amazing beach house and yet again it didn’t disappoint. The hosts are lovely and have thought of everything to make this a relaxing and well-equipped stay. The location gives you the choice of at least 3 beaches to walk to, or just sit back and watch the campsite and harbour comings and goings. Recommend the linen package if you are flying, super comfortable. Already making plans for our next visit. "
