"it was wonderful experience to stay this hotel. every single crew was so nice and their service was warm, heartful and very helpful. expecially, i found there were no free drinks which was informed when i made a reservation, and i asked them about it, the staff corrected/resolved the problem very fast. every service he provided was accurate and very kind. thank you guys."

"No A/C in the room when you travel in month of March. Inside of the room temperatures was high even you tried to open the window. Complained to the manager finally got one electrical fan to cool down a little bit , , complained to manager finally got a fan to cool down a little bit."

"They allow SMOKING in this property. We have asked for non smoking rooms and when we went to our room, it was smelling smoke. We went back to talk to the receptionist and we saw someone smoking in the corridor. They have ask trays by the elevator door. We went to complain but they said nothing they can do. Do not stay here if you want a smoke free place "

"Air conditioner in room is hot, could not lower the temperature. Room is hotter the corridor. Food label in breakfast is not indicate properly. Labelled as orange when it is not. Labelled as mango while it apple juice. Fried rice was at Fried Mee. Labels were there without any movement for 2 days. Not really complain but feedback for more improvement"

"Spotless in every sense . I have not seen a hotel even at much higher pieces who has paid great attention to so many small but important things. My hat is off to their management and Chinese culture of care. Intentional plug in the rooms, thoughtfully placed night lights, flashlight, fire proof escape jacket, emergency assistance button by The bed side in addition to phone in the toilette . All These fine details in addition to; - incredible downtown location - fantastic buffet breakfast (both Chinese and western choices) - beautifully and intelligently designed and furnished rooms giving sense of more space with mirrors and all white interior "

Perfect experience!

"Perfect check in experiencs. Super helpful and we upgraded 2 rooms to executive suite so as to have connecting rooms as we have children travelling with us. Suite comes with free bfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the club house. Nice view at 40th floor club house Every staff was attention to details! Didnt manage to get the name of a staff serving bfast at 2nd floor. She saw us pouring milk to our coffee and immediately made a cup of hot milk for our coffee! Superb service from check in to bfast to dinner to even then cleaning ladies. Location is good too. Highly recommended hotel!"
