"Our team of 15 teachers stayed for one night while up North on a professional development weekend. The house was a convenient location and a good size. Our only disappointment was that some rooms were locked meaning that our teachers had to share beds. We had anticipated that the entire house would be available to us and therefore extra beds and bedrooms in the cottage. Other than that we had a lovely stay. "Great (salty-ish) pool that wasn't stinging the eyes when swimming which was a highlight for my family. The farmers market is a very short walk across the road. There's plenty of places to eat along the one stretch of road. Nice and quiet place at night. A few fruit trees planted around the property that we could pick from. Fantastic place, would go again."

Brilliant restful location

"Our family had a wonderful time at this property. Really handy for sightseeing across both coasts in the upper north island. Proximity to Kerikeri is an easy drive and the remote nature of the property was just what we needed. The property is well appointed with everything you need to enjoy a self catered holiday. Highly recommend friendly unobtrusive hosts and property. Thank you!"
