"Lovely big apartment on a very well kept complex. Will definitely stay again. loved being so close to the hypersldino for fresh pastries for breakfast and a few minutes walk down to the strip. Very central location."

"Only here for one night. Rooms a good size comfy bed and dead quiet and dark to sleep in. The foods good 2 good sizes pools and right across the road for the beach. We just got the local bus here €1.40 3 stops from airport if goes to terminal 2 Would stay again perfect for what we needed "

"Since 2014 we've stayed here at least 8 times. What makes us return are the staff, the pool area and the location. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and bars but far away from the noise. The accommodation provides pristine outside spaces. The pool area is spacious, you're never too close to other bathers. On the ground floor you get your apartment sun bed area. On the upper floor a private balcony with table and chairs, again good enough for sitting in the sun. The apartments are cleaned...

"Clean and modern "

"We had a lovely stay. Room is basic but fine for what we needed. Beds are comfy but pillows not so much, 2 pillows for each person would be better. Sofa could do with a little clean. Facilities are good, breakfast was good and staff are friendly. Both times we have stayed here we have had to wait for are rooms to be ready, perhaps the hotel need to look to change their 2pm check in time that they state. But overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely come back to stay again soon. "

"Bad start to our stay. Booked a table for dinner on the first night. When we turned up to eat the table we had chosen had been allocated to a party of 6 and we were informed no one can book a table!! The member of staff who told us this was quite off hand and rude. Really bad communication. The accommodation itself was good and the reception staff were excellent "

"Arrived at apartments to a friendly welcome from the young female on reception and it continued with every other staff member especially the ladies who clean the apartments. Apartment cleaned almost everyday during our stay with yet another set of fresh towels (3rd set during our week's stay), the day before we left, a first for us in a self catering apartment. Will definitely return in future. :)"

"Great clean apartment for a few nights with the family"

"Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Not great if you’re too old/have disabilities as there are many stairs. My room was pretty dated but the holiday in general was lovely. Pool area nice and clean. "

"Accommodation was well maintained and clean. Ther is no onsite manager an entry is by keypad. I did not receive the code for the property 48 hours before check in. So I emailed CIH. Despite having booked and paid in full on Expedia I was told I must pay a local charge and the cleaning fee before being given the code to access the property. This felt like a scam. I contacted Expedia and eventually was advised to pay the extra (250 euro). The property is great but beware the extra charges."

"First time staying at Plaza Azul, spotlessly clean, good house keeping services throughout. Apartments are well equipped, everything you need for doing your own food if required. All the staff were amazing & helpful all the way. Good secure safe in the apartment & very cheap price for key rental. The pool & outside bar area was always spotlessly clean & well attended by staff. Plenty of sunbeds at all times of the day. "The property we had was ideal straight out the door to the pool. Was well equipped. Only downfall was the shower. And only had our bedding changed once in 10 days. But staff were lovely and very helpful will definitely be back"

"La Penita is in a great location. Check in was very pleasant and quick. Our apartment was clean enough and had plenty of kitchen equipment. The towels are small and very well worn. Maid came twice during our stay and again on day before we left to empty bin and leave clean towels. The beds are two singles pushed together , we found that to be very uncomfortable. "We enjoyed a 2 night stay a this hotel. We didn’t arrive until late evening on our first night due to plane delays so we had missed any entertainment and evening meal, but they did supply a pack of sandwiches, juice and fruit. The room and hotel were very clean and modern. There were beverages supplied in our room but mainly coffee and tiny cups. So being British I would have liked a cup of ordinary tea and milk. The food selection in the restaurants was very good, nicely presented and a great variety. The entertainment team were very good and worked very hard to keep you enjoying your stay. My big criticism was as usual when abroad, there were a lot of saving sun beds around the pools with towels, so the only ones available were in the shade. Hotels should stop this happening as it spoils it for the guest that aren’t as selfish as to do this. I would still recommend this hotel though as everything else is really goid."
