"My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It is very close to the boat launch and there are tons of restaurants and shops within a few minute's walk. "Immediately upon arriving, we were told there was no reservation under our name. After showing our printed reservation paid in full, the front desk staff appeared confused and had another employee come over. After 5-10 minutes of confusion, the hotel claimed they had overbooked themselves (despite the hotel appearing empty, with all of the rooms we could see having the door open). We were then told we would be brought to a different hotel. The hotel we were taken to was clearly lower in quality...
