The largest concern was the inability to connect with someone when a problem arises, as there was a young girl at the desk unable to assist us and we were unable to reach the owners via email or phone. "This hotel was clean and conveniently located on a quiet street in the main part of town, so walking everywhere was easy. The room was spacious and we had a nice balcony that faced the back of the hotel. There was coffee, tea, and snacks available 24/7 and the breakfast was good with eggs made to order. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and the hotel provided beach towels and bags as well as water bottles. The hotel had no elevator so it would not be suitable for someone with limited mobility as the reception was up one flight of stairs and the breakfast area up a second flight. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Puerto Ayora who is okay with stairs."

Comfortable bed and good location

"Staff were really warm and courteous, I arrived really early and was allowed to store my luggage. The room was spacious and had a balcony which was perfect for relaxing and drying snorkel gear if you got any too. Breakfast is a voucher for the restaurant next door - Lo Lo which was quite nice (you get a choice of american breakfast or can ask for Bolon). Had it once which was alright - still great value. The bed was comfortable and staff cleaned it daily. Also good location near the ferry terminal - 5 mins walk. "
