"It is a great location, a beautiful peaceful, and quiet place to stay, at my arrival it was uncomfortable due to the tone of the person at the front desk and also due to the amount of insects in the room, but the next they informed us that it was because of the treated all rooms for the insects and they apologize for the inconvenience of the personal of the front desk, and upgrade our room to a nice one, wish it was AMAZING for they part and i got no issues and we enjoy our stay in Salento like no other, for sure we are coming back. THANK YOU!!!!!"

"Es un lugar seguro, las pizzas de Katelyn la Chef, son deliciosas las bebidas de el bar tender son las mejores que me he tomado. Ame a los chicos, todos son muy amables. En la terraza siempre hay mucha actividad, como clases de salsa y mas. Es sin duda mi favorito lugar en Colombia."

"The hotel’s location is superb, being very close to Parque del Café, which made our visit incredibly convenient. The facilities were wonderful, especially the chapel, bar with a pool table, and arcade games, offering entertainment for all ages. The service was exemplary—every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and welcoming but went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The team was especially accommodating with the dietary needs of the vegetarians in our group, providing thoughtful options. When my mum had an accident during our stay, the staff responded immediately and with great care, providing assistance and a wheelchair without hesitation. It was incredibly reassuring to know that such attentive and kind service was available when we needed it most. While the rooms are simple, they are spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable environment for a restful stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful and welcoming place to stay."
