The receptionist Ask me for a photo of my document and picture of my entry date then she still did not honor it after I showed her what she asked me for. Terrible customer service "

"We stayed at Decameron Panaca as the base for our travels across the coffee region which worked very well for us. Our rooms were comfortable and had lovely views over the treetops. Having the restaurant on site was convenient too when we wanted a break from the buffet, and the food was good. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to other families looking for an all-inclusive resort to stay in. "
