"It is a great location, a beautiful peaceful, and quiet place to stay, at my arrival it was uncomfortable due to the tone of the person at the front desk and also due to the amount of insects in the room, but the next they informed us that it was because of the treated all rooms for the insects and they apologize for the inconvenience of the personal of the front desk, and upgrade our room to a nice one, wish it was AMAZING for they part and i got no issues and we enjoy our stay in Salento like no other, for sure we are coming back. When my mum had an accident during our stay, the staff responded immediately and with great care, providing assistance and a wheelchair without hesitation. It was incredibly reassuring to know that such attentive and kind service was available when we needed it most. While the rooms are simple, they are spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable environment for a restful stay.
