It was easily done for the changes from the prebooked room via online to a bigger room with additional reasonable fares. Room was clean, shower and toilet also clean. No smoking odour/smell. "It’s was totally disappointing, first, my booking was at Pudu Sentral eventually they change the Hotel booking to another branch and informed lately where’s I was reached at the lobby (my first frustration), that was quit hustle and unprofessional. Secondly, The hotel should inform the customer on time of check in , that’s the area is facing water problem.
