"Only criticism is they charged us $6 for a small soda in the restaurant. Our fault for not realizing they were taking advantage of us. Everything else was lovely. Nice cheap buffet breakfast, great accommodating staff, good location"

"I had a poor check in experience. Room was not clean when I checked in. Hotel staff were rude and not friendly, and at times offered no help. Hotel had no facitilies. WiFi was basically non existent. Breakfast was horrible. Definitely never staying in this hotel again."

"Hotel facility is slightly old but clean and comfortable, a quiet spacious oasis. When I stayed there in Feb. 2025, their price was a good deal. I highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable, quiet, convenient place to stay. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, this hotel is a little far from the Bund."
