"I stayed at this hotel during my brief stay at Venice. The hotel was much prettier in real life than what was shown in photos. It was exceptionally clean and we'll maintained. The only issue I had was the hotel keys, there were times when the keys wouldn't open the door from the inside, and I had to call reception to let me out. Other than that, a lovely hotel with warm, friendly and helpful staff."

"OK I want to leave a fair review. First of all you have to follow all the provided instruction or you are not getting in. When you enter in the ground floor it's a bit scary but don't be alarmed. You will have to go to the 3rd fl there is no elevator with bags this may be a challenge for some. Staff is nice and helpful. Once you get to the 3rd fl where the rooms are things look good. Buildings are hundreds of years old so keep this in mind. Rooms are clean and decent. Negatives are, limited...
