When we brought it back, I noticed that they actually dried off the umbrella, so that it wouldn't drip on any subsequent guest. It's a small gesture, but indicative of their level of care. "We really enjoyed our stay here. We were expecting average from the reviews but we were pleasantly suprised. Online check in was easy so we could arrive straight to the room. The room was spacious and very clean as well as the bathroom. We had the upper level with a balcony which had a view of the canals and bridge below which was really nice.
