"The place itself is a gem and huge, with all sorts of facilities. Unfortunately it's located in a rough area of the Campania region. Staff is ok. There is plenty of opportunity either to just relax and sunbath or to do sports (from riding a bike to water activities). The night pool is a treat. Extras include a sauna, a resort. Food is very good. Perhaps will explore further."

"The shower leaked and was dirty. Operators said they would send a cleaner - they did not do so. Shower drain was blocked. A repair man poured drain-cleaner down it . The bidet leaked onto the floor. The entire bathroom smelled permanently of stale urine. I purchased cleaning fluid, but this did not get rid of the smell. The toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet. "Beautiful hotel with pretty views and plenty of room for our family of 5. The balcony was huge and we loved sitting out there in the mornings to drink our coffee. Gennaro was incredibly helpful and even went to meet us when we arrived at the port and walked us all the way to the hotel. Along the way, he pointed out good restaurants, sights, and how to navigate the island & even helped carry our luggage. We had a great stay in Capri and staying here added to the overall experience!"
