"This place is immaculate. If you're looking for a nice, calm, relaxing place to stay, this is the place. The staff is there to make sure you have everything you could possibly need. Our first night, we arrived a little later than expected, but the hotel called to ask if we would be eating dinner -- they kept the kitchen open late for us, just so we could eat when we arrived. "The shower leaked and was dirty. Operators said they would send a cleaner - they did not do so. Shower drain was blocked. A repair man poured drain-cleaner down it . The bidet leaked onto the floor. The entire bathroom smelled permanently of stale urine. I purchased cleaning fluid, but this did not get rid of the smell. The toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet.
