"Inclusive property. Only complaint: Room was not ready when we arrived, had to wait 2 hours. After that it was great! Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. You have to sign up for the restaurants on their website on day one of your trip as they book up fast. During our trip they had limited staff available, but the buffet’s were terrific as well. It would be nice if they could have extended the pool hours to the evening as well. Great place, highly recommended!"

"After visiting resorts in the Dominican Republic and Mexico, we decided to try this one. At first, we weren’t sure about it—it’s smaller, not brand new, and only has one pool. However, after six days, we can confidently say this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The service was exceptional, and our nanny, Patrice, was amazing and incredibly helpful. The only downside for us was the main food dishes, but that’s because we’re picky eaters and only eat Kosher. That said, the desserts were absolutely delicious and a real highlight! The resort’s small size turned out to be a blessing, especially with three kids. It felt cozy, like home, and the layout was perfect—you could even see the kids’ play area from the restaurant, which gave us peace of mind knowing they were safe. Thank you for an amazing vacation! We’ll definitely be back! "
