"The property was in a good location, clean, reasonably priced with friendly staff. although our reservation was made well in advance the rooms were not ready when we checked in at around 5 PM. we left for dinner and upon our return at around 6:30 PM came back to fine all of our luggage already in our rooms so congrats on the recovery plan by the young man on the desk. i would certainly stay here again."

"Check in was very strange and not welcoming- the woman at the desk did not say anything to me other than to ask my name- no welcome not even a hello. She didn’t ask to see my ID or my credit card. Just handed me the room keys. Didn’t tell me where the room was, nothing about breakfast, wifi or literally anything. It was the strangest and honestly, rudest experience I’ve had at a hotel. "Good place to stay over nite simple and clean"

"The bathroom wasn't terribly clean. Room seemed dated and a little musty."

"Rooms are to far from the check in. Tv's are small and not smart tvs. Restaurants in the area are limited at best. Bluefield i am.afraid is stuck in a time warp and so is this hotel. I could smell the stinch of years of cigarette smoking in my room even though the hotel is smoke free."
