"The hotel was nice close to the beach, the bed was comfortable and the room was a good size as I went for the bigger room Breakfast was good and the staff were fast to serve you. Where it went wrong was the AFTERNOON TEA, it was the worst one we have ever had for nearly £50 for 2, so we didn't touch our food and I complained and was told by the manager you have already paid so there is nothing I can do she was so rude about it as well "

"On arrival we were given the wrong room. I walked in to be welcomed by a naked man. I had my 2 young girls with me. It then took another 30mins to get us another room. The kitchen was clean but the floors and underneath the beds were filthy the bedroom light didnt work the curtain was broken and the toliet leak we were told someone would come to fix them the next day no one came. No matress protectors for the beds. The beds are very uncomfortable its like sleeping on a lumpy floor. The grounds...

"Lovely little apartment in the centre of the city. The apartment is very basic and the bedrooms are small, but it's clean and staff are lovely. It has everything you need for a short stay in Liverpool. The only negative is that the sofa and chairs in the living room are very hard and incredibly uncomfortable - so not ideal if you want an evening in, or if you have children and are tied to the apartment in the evenings. "
