Communicate with her before making reservations with Expedia she doesn't live in property and they close at 8 pm so out of respect for her be there no later than 730 pm so she can get home to get her family. She works 7 days a week from 8 am -8pm. Communication is key prior to your arrival. "

"The property was great. The only downside is there is no elevator so if you're on the second floor with a lot of stuff, be prepared for that! But otherwise, great hotel. Will stay again."

"The only issue was we stayed in a room on the second floor, but was right above an entrance door that slammed every time it was opened/closed. Even if you tried to softly close it, you couldn’t. It literally made my bed shake and woke us all up several times through the night. "
