"Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was pretty basic, kitchenette although no tea cups, no air con, small shower and shower head was broken it dribbled water constantly so we had to leave a towel to stop the sound. The hotel is based in an extremely quiet area so if you’re looking for nightlife or a tourist area this is not the place for you! We stayed for 3 nights which in this particular area was enough. " I had a pleasant stay at Radisson Blu Lisbon. The location is great-close to the airport and public transport. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A few areas could use some modernization, but overall, it’s a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers. Would definitely consider staying again! "

"Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Spa area including pool and work out room were good. Staff in the rooftop pool bar were excellent, as was the food. Staff in the dining area of the main floor bar needed better training - insisting that a salad contained no nuts (none shown as an ingredient on the menu) when it clearly did, then shrugging it off despite having been advised of a severe nut allergy. Pasta dinner arrived cold and it took several minutes after being served to get cutlery. "

"The hotel was perfect in getting downtown and the front desk was great in answering all questions we had. We would definitely stay again. The subway and train station was only a 3 minute walk from the hotel so if you didn’t want to use the free shuttle to downtown you could quickly take those modes of transportation "
