"This hotel is one of the very best we have ever stayed at anywhere! The rooms and beautiful and very clean! The staff makes staying here amazing! They were very helpful getting us checked in and getting everything we needed while we were there, including how to use the washing machine in the room. They treated us so well that I didn't want to leave when our stay was over. We will always go back to this hotel whenever we are in Lisbon becasue the staff is so amazing and wonderful! "

"Hotel staff is very welcoming especially Jairam who went out of his to help us with our stay and make us feel at home. Staff in general is very courteous and very friendly and room service is also excellent. Rooms are very nicely maintained. "

"I booked two rooms for the five of us (five friends). The rooms were clean and nice, and the location is great! 15 mins Uber ride to the airport. The front desk staff were extremely nice. Since our flight was late, they allowed us to stay past checkout and use one of the rooms, which was very convenient. The sky bar was really nice but a bit expensive! Overall, it was a great hotel, and I would highly recommend!"

"Wonderful stay in an amazing, historic area of Lisbon. Staff was also wonderful. One thing to be aware of though, is that the hotel is located in a street with limited access. So if you drive or take taxi/uber, you will have to walk a very steep cobblestone street. If you have lots of luggage, make arrangements with the hotel. They are very accommodating. "

"This hotel was so welcoming and luxurious from the moment we stepped in the door. Via the VIP offers on Expedia, we had a bottle of bubbles on ice in our room on arrival) We were lucky to be upgraded but I would be happy to stay in any room in this hotel. We had a complimentary mini bar which was great for unlimited bottles of water and other soft drinks. I think there might have been beer in there too.
