"Very kind and wonderful staff. Manager allowed us to pick from two different rooms and we picked our favorite room. Our room had a view of the Santa justa elevator, which was amazing to see. Can you get a little loud with people coming in and out of the bathrooms but that is what to expect from a hostel. Felt very safe the entire time. Great location. Will stay here again."

"The location was good not to noisy or busy. Didn't realise it was right next to Benfica stadium and there were a couple of matches on while we were there. Bathroom was knackered, sink area needs replacing as water damaged over a long period of time. One dishwasher tab provided and a tea towel. No oven gloves or and other kitchen cleaning stuff.
