Excelent service and ample and comfortable room. We got upgraded to a junior suite and were welcome with a bottle of wine, porto, chocolates and of course pastel de nata. They have a restaurant on the premises so that isnice if you arrie late or are short on time"

"We stayed for 5 nights every staff member went above and beyond during our stay. They suprised my wife on her birthday with cake and a bottle of wine which was really thoughtfull. We stayed half board both the breakfast and evening meal offerings were great with a wide selection of food. The staff were very attentive every day. Hotel rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Very close to metro stations which made travel around lisbon. Would happily stay again. "

"Pros- extremely convenient. Close to the main train station and to a metro station. Two good grocery stores very close. Close to many key sites. We had a ground floor studio room which had bars in the window and was well kept. It had minimal but sufficient kitchen items. The oven is also a microwave. The fridge is full size. The shower pressure was good and the water was hot. The listing says cleaning every three days but it actually came every single day. Even though we were ground floor...
