"It was "good" -- clean spacious room and plenty of really hot water. Near the historical city center."

"Péssimo hotel!! Lençóis sujos, tv não funcionava, banheiro sem box e a janela não fechava e as aberturas do quarto estavam quebradas. Foi decepcionante, pois as fotos do site não retratam a realidade"

"The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. However, for a 4-star hotel, the absence of a sauna was a noticeable shortcoming. Additionally, the built-in wardrobe door was difficult to slide sideways due to the absence of a floor rail. Despite these minor issues, my stay was thoroughly enjoyable."

Ótimo hotel, super indico!

"Hotel muito bacana, sempre limpo e organizado. O café da manhã é ótimo. Mesmo os antigos hóspedes tendo desocupado o quarto a pouco tempo, sempre encontro o ambiente limpo e cheiroso. Os funcionários sempre muito educados e prestativos. Em 2024, me hospedei 4x no hotel e, em uma das vezes, acabei deixando minha carteira cair no chão do banheiro e não vi. Só percebi mais tarde, quando já estava no caminho para casa. Liguei para o hotel, e me informaram que haviam encontrado a carteira e que poderiam me enviar por correios. Essa foi uma atitude louvável da parte deles e que me fez gostar mais ainda do hotel. "
