A estadia foi boa, o pessoal é atencioso e ágil. As comodidades do hotel são bem confortáveis, o café da manhã é variado e gostoso. O único ponto que eu escolheria ressaltar é só um pouco mais de foco na limpeza dos quartos e banheiros, principalmente. Quando chegamos no nosso, tive a impressão que a limpeza realizada para troca de estadia foi mais superficial do que profunda. De resto, tudo muito bom… retornaria ao local. 🙂

OK, porém pode melhorar.
Quanto ao quarto, tudo ok. Estava limpo, não escutamos barulhos do exterior (rodoviária, corredores, etc) e o chuveiro esquentou bem. O café é bom, com opções de frutas, salgados e sucos. Os arredores do hotel não favorecem muito, principalmente as ruas de trás do mesmo - então, se precisar sair, é melhor usar carro próprio ou Uber. Apesar de não termos utilizado, a piscina e sua vista pareceram bem legais, no terraço do prédio. Então, no geral tinha tudo para ser uma estadia bem positiva. Entretanto, fizemos o check-in no sábado em torno das 15h e, por razões de fila no check-in + demora do atendente em fazer os procedimentos de check in, todo esse processo desde o momento em que chegamos no hotel até recebermos a chave do quarto deve ter levado tranquilamente em torno de 30 minutos ou mais. Até aí, tudo bem, faz parte. Porém, no dia seguinte, pedi 3 vezes (duas vezes pessoalmente na recepção e uma por telefone) se seria possível nos dar alguns minutos a mais de check out pois o horário de check out era justamente no horário em que costumeiramente minha filha de 1 ano faz a soneca dela. E, para minha surpresa, todos os pedidos foram sumariamente negados - em uma das vezes chegaram a falar que caso dessem o late check out, cobrariam meia diária. Acho que regras existem para serem cumpridas, porém quando acontecem situações atípicas como por exemplo a demora no check in, tem que haver uma maior sensibilização. Meia hora me "resolvia a vida". Fica a crítica construtiva.
