Great place!
All great! Nice hotel if you have pets. It was clean, comfortable and due to pets were not allowed in breakfast you could take your tray and eat in your room. Only problem none of the employees speak Spanish or English, they only speak Portuguese.

I like the restaurant and space all around. What I did not like is that the roof top was closed so there was no space to sit outside for fresh air even if the pool was closed, they need to put some tables and chairs so people can enjoy the view or get some fresh air.

They are great! Great food and staff, I actually love in here. Too bad the swimming pool is closed :( but it would be nicer soon! Towels smells great! Amazing shower pressure and very safe. I’ll come back! Let me repeat, the staff is amazing! Same people from last year, this is even better! They have apparently low staff rotation!

My second time I’m 2 weeks , first time internet wasn’t working properly, in my room , the second time door room is not closing properly , had to push hard to out back and close . Recommend clean couch to remove stain , room and reception area

Good hotel. The internet is spotty. It’s hard to find extensions for services, menus, etc. The phones are awkward to use. No extension information on the phone.

Minha primeira vez no hotel. A localização é agradável, perto do shopping e da orla do Guaíba. Ficamos em um andar alto o que foi bem agradável. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Pontos negativos. Quarto com descarga extremamente barulhenta. Outra sugestão por ser um andar alto interessante uma trava para as janelas de forma que os hóspedes não pudessem abrir ( apenas opinião). O café da manhã era básico como na maioria dos hotéis, mas acho que poderia ser um pouco mais variado. Problemas no elevador no primeiro dia ( problemas acontecem , mas um dia inteiro com um elevador em manutenção acho um pouco exagerado). No geral para o padrão prometido precisa incrementar algumas mudanças e ter alguns cuidados.
