"It’s in a good location but the road that runs along side it, is a bit noisy. When the cars are quiet, you can hear the waves which is nice. It’s in a good location as Portland has some lovely, slightly challenging walks but it’s also a good position to drive to many other lovely locations. Water sports nearby, we didn’t use the facilities but they looked great. Parking was slightly tricky but managed to get a space with a bit of patience!"

"Lovely situation at the edge of field and near the coast path. House was charming, bordering on quirky (please don't do it up!) and spotlessly clean with a lovely home from home feel to it. Not fancy, a bit old fashioned, it won't suit people who like hot tubs & underfloor heating, but we loved it. Owners left fresh flowers in almost every room, biscuits, milk, tea and coffee were all waiting. Lovely long garden and dog friendly. Just what we needed for a short break. Added bonus was that the...
