"I had booked a room for the wrong night but reception staff were very efficient and sorted this out very promptly. Our room was so cosy with chalet style decor, refreshments and good quality bathroom products. The bed was King size and really comfortable. The room was warm and quiet. We had dinner there but were disappointed. Service at the bar was slow, menu offerings standard, and the food was served lukewarm. Such a shame! Will definitely come back for the accommodation!"

"We had a one night stay at the Harbour Hotel (St Ives) as a couple in a sea view room. We had a nice stay on the whole. The Spa with swimming pool was a lovely addition that also included a jacuzzi. The settings at the Harbour Hotel was lovely inside and very clean as was the rooms. Reception and the Spa staff approachable if you needed anything at all. "The hotel sits in about the best location in Newquay, overlooking the town and the sea. The hotel itself is an imposing older building and is absolutely gorgeous inside, the room I had was a great size with a very comfortable bed. All the staff are very friendly and amazing with nothing too much trouble for them to sort out. This is the first time I've stayed here but it won't be the last."
