"Quiet and lovely place"

"This was our first time to the the Netherlands! I pestered Kimberley with questions when booking! She was amazing and put up with my pestering with grace! The property was exactly as advertised; well appointed and very comfortable. Kimberley was there to greet us and I appreciate her info about the local area so much. We took the train into Amsterdam. I think it's best to have a car - or be proficient on a bike. I'd be afraid I'd go down like a shot cow with all those brilliant bikers around!...

The cottage is small but that suited us, and the view across the fields filled with all kind of wildlife was superb (not forgetting the chickens next to us and the three walking ducks!). "Great accomodation set in the National Park of Utrechtse. Our cabin was in a lovely location positioned to give privacy and ease of access. We had plenty of natural light (we noted that some units were very shady). Very clean and well equipped. Spacious and comfortable. The parc had a lovely indoor pool with a splash pool for younger children and a flume for those more daring. The bistro on site closes the kitchen quite early in the evening so we were unable to try this. The on site mini market...

"First and foremost, the location was the main draw. Right near the heart of downtown. Apartment located above owner's restaurant. The Wifi was not accessible. I solely used the room to sleep, so it wasn't a huge deal. The walk from Amsterdam Centraal was LONG (~30 min), so use the public transit. The view from the room was nothing to write home about. Listing was a bit misleading as there are pictures of nice Amsterdam views which are not actually from the apartment. It is a shared space with...

"Lake House 74 exceeded our expectations! We were a group of 6 - 2 couples with our adult children. The location of the house was perfect - just outside of Leiden, situated along a canal. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Stephan was easy to contact, very responsive to all of our requests, and made us feel at home. He also had great suggestions for local activities. Be sure to rent a boat and drive through the canals to get to the center of Leiden. I would stay here again...
