"The manager was very patient and helpful. The property was exactly as described, perfect for solo travellers or couples. Location is very close to the tram line which takes you to any part of the city. Shops and pharmacies are at your door step also which came in handy towards the end of my stay. "Was a bit of a challenge getting into the property. Where the address takes you on Google maps isn't actually the entrance. There is a series of steps to unlock the doors - the exterior and then the apartment door, that have a few tricks to sort out. Once we got in the place was well kept and felt safe. The area outside seemed a little sketchy but we never had any issues. There was a taxi stand out front that helped us get taxis fairly easily. "
