"My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. "

"Nine friends from London/Kent/Essex in Edinburgh for a few days to celebrate some milestone birthdays. So impressed with this beautiful house, and it was perfect for our needs. Also a great location, we were able to walk to Arthur's Seat in about 15 mins. Cheap Ubers in and out of the main centre for our nightly escapades."

"The location and accommodations cannot be beat. Located on the 18th hole of East Berwick, just a 3 minute walk to the first tee and about a 5 minute walk to town. The house was well equipped and very clean. The bedrooms had plenty of space. Would recommend for a larger group on holiday or a group of 4-6 golfers. "

"The property is well located for all activities in Edinburgh. We were greeted with a welcome hamper that was very thoughtful to our needs of a cup of tea and glass of wine and chocolate. The house is well appointed and immaculate. We had a great stay . Thank you"

"All was great. This is a working stable with horses and those many that have to care for horses, plus at least one friendly dog. You felt welcomed and that was appreciated. With a 15 minute drive you are in North Berwick and so close to John Muir park and Seacliff. Seacliff is special. The only, and minor, negative was that it was not a peaceful place when we were there- lots of tree trimming (Chain saw) and chipping- so very noisy at times. "To 94DR, wow what a wonderful vacation for our family in Edinburgh. The property is even more stunning in person than on VRBO’s website. Located just south of the heart of Edinburgh it’s loaded with all the niceties one expects in a 5-star listing. "We were wonderfully surprised at the bedroom size and spaciousness of this Edinburgh flat. I think it has been completely renovated recently, and it stunning. Also immaculately clean.
