"An excellent property that was a perfect location for all local amenities. The tram stop was very near and there were many options for dining or having a beer. "This is student housing. We brought our own pillows from home, which I would recommend. The beds are small, but was fine for us because we were prepared for the size/situation based on other reviews. Bathroom is tiny. Rooms are not cleaned during your stay unless you pay extra. If you have accurate expectations you will enjoy your stay here- the staff was REALLY FRIENDLY and accommodating-- the actual room was as expected, because we were expecting a dorm room! :) "

"Wonderful location right off the Royal Mile. Our apartment was modern, clean, comfortable and quiet, even though we were in a busy area and there was construction going on towards the back of the building. More than enough space for our family to stretch out and relax after long days of touring the city! Linens provided were ample and clean, bath products were available in the bathrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. We would absolutely book again!"

"Property was very pretty but my suite was on the 3rd floor and my bedroom was on the 4th. The stairs were really too much for me to handle. There should have been some information about this. It was nice to have a full kitchen and the space was quite comfortable. Other than having WAY too many stairs and no elevator, it was an enjoyable stay."

"Great apartment! Was only here for 1 night but had everything you need for a longer stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Very easy check in and checkout process. Only recommendation is to check the temperature before people check in as the flat was 24 degree when I arrived and it was already hot outside. "

"We were able to walk to all the main attractions; so convenient. The hotel is very new so everything was in perfect condition. The towels are extra thick, the beds extra comfortable and the care to make sure everything is clean and well stocked was obvious. Plus we have to shout out the staff. The went above and beyond to make sure we were always professionally taken care of. 10/10"

"Fabulous stay in this brilliant location. About 50 metres from one of the exits to Waverley Station to the rear entrance of the hotel. The front entrance is beside the city tour bus stops and Princes Street is about 100 metres away. We checked in on-line however as we arrived early we wanted to drop our bags while we went out to explore Edinburgh. Unfortunately we had to wait in a queue for about 10 minutes as there were a lot of people checking in."
