We asked for directions a few times and everyone was very helpful. We chose this accommodation due to its views and proximity to a swimming beach. "Nancy and Phil are wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure waking up to the view of the Caribe point bay and watching the sunset. The pool was unexpectedly warm and refreshing as it's a salt water pool. "The check is process was sketchy, the room was left open and the key on the table. The listing says Lawson Rock when the location is Coxen Cove (Las Palmas). The resturant on the property was rarely open and going off the resort walking distance is unsafe. There was no water the day we checked in, no hot water the entire time and cleaning the room was sporatic."
