"방넓고 인테리어 깨끗하고 침대편하고 방음좋고 온습도 좋았어요. 프론트 및 주차직원분들도 친절하셨구요. 체크인때 주신 음료쿠폰은 아침에 1층 로비카페에서 카페라떼로 교환했는데, 진짜 다시 먹으러가야지할만큼 맛났어요. 미세먼지 많은날이었는데, 공기청정기 있으니 좋더라구요. 소음없이 너무 조용한 공기청정기라 추후 구매를 위해 사진도 찍어왔네요. 단 샤워실에 온수 온도가 오르락내리락해서 불편했어요. 수건도 너무 뽀송하고 두툼해서.. 이맛에 호텔온다며 만족스러워했습니다. 그리고 늦은밤 요청드린 얼음서비스 감사합니다"

"ホテルのフロントの男性がとても親切でした！ 初めての韓国旅行で韓国語が全く分かりませんでしたが、翻訳機を使い会話しました！ こちらの意図を理解しようとしてくださって、空港までの行き方やテレビのリモコンの使い方まで教えて頂きました。 駅からホテルまでは、加山デジタル団地駅五番出口からでて、横断歩道を渡るとすぐにバス停があります。そこからバスで３つ目くらいで降りて3分程歩きます。 仁川空港までは、ホテルから2分の所にエアポートバスが来ます。 部屋も綺麗で洗濯機、電子レンジもあって良かったです！ アメニティは有料なので持参が必要です。"

"visited Incheon for a quick layover in Korea. I recommend this hotel! Staff was super friendly. There is a 24/7 convenient store at the lobby. "When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. The staff was very kind to move us immediately to a different floor. Rooms were nice and a good size with a beautiful view of the Han River. It was a little far from the city (about an hour by public transport) but overall we had a good experience!"
