"Beware! Upon check in we immediately noticed a musty smell. Many surfaces in home were dusty and had been not cleaned. The home had water damage in the master bathroom with wood paneling coming off the wall and we found curtains with numerous large stains and broken loose tiles in the dining room. The downstairs bedroom smelled of water damage and had wood paneling coming off the wall. We found dead bugs in the showers and sinks. The refrigerator was dirty. We found droppings in the kitchen...

"The house was close to perfect. The amenities were great. A few issues we had were: the yard was very much over grown and had grass burs in the yard and made for a horrible experience with my dog. It took 3 of us over 2 hours to remove the burs. Fifty dollars was taken off the pet fee. "

"Great location and perfect home for a large family. Fairly clean only exception would be the Mold growing on ceiling and walls in downstairs bathroom. Likely from being closed up and lack of circulation. Several of the sinks and shower drains running slow and seemed clogged. Other than that everything good! Easy to access and property management company easy to reach and quick with responses."

"My family, siblings, and their families stayed here for our most recent visit to Port Mansfield. The house exceeded our expectations. The amenities were perfect and the details were clearly thought out with family entertainment and kid-friendly options. The location was very convenient being able to take a quick walk to the marina and bait shop. This is by far the best place I’ve stayed in while visiting Port Mansfield and highly recommend for families!"
