"This place is gem. Very nicely situated with lots of space, a pool table, screened in porch, a pier with rails (rare), and a huge yard. The two king beds and all the bunk beds make it so easy to have several people stay. The house is so nicely stocked with so much more than I have ever seen. The hosts clearly love their place and want others to enjoy their time. Just down the way is a Marina with live band, bar, and restaurant...this place has it all. We also had Lavaca Bar B Que catered...it's a texas monthly award winner...so good!"

"David was always available for my questions. This place was perfect for location and enjoyed the peaceful area. There was plenty of room for my whole family, and the interior was very welcoming. We absolutely loved the pavilion or cook shack area in the evenings where we sat and relaxed. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit. David literally had everything we would have normally needed on a vacation."
